LARAMIE, Wyoming (3/20/25) – Brody Leid is making a habit out of being honored by the Mountain West Conference. For the third time this season, the University of Wyoming student-athlete was named Mountain West Freshman Golfer of the Week.  

Leid, this past week, put together his best finish as a collegiate athlete. He paced the team at the Arizona Thunderbirds Intercollegiate, tying for 14th. It represented his third consecutive top 25.

Leid's three rounds were littered with birdies. He carded 11 of them to go alongside an eagle.

The rest of the Cowboys are in action this upcoming week. They travel to Eugene, Oregon, for the Duck Invite Monday-Tuesday.
