DENVER – The Wyoming swimming & diving teams concluded the two-day Front Range Invite with several strong performances on Saturday at the El Pomar Natatorium.
 
The Cowgirls and Cowboys each finished third in the meet hosted by Denver.
 
Tara Joyce won the women's 200 freestyle final with a time of one minute, 51.76 seconds. Macey Hansen (17:09.08) and Isabelle Henderson (17:36.92) finished 1-2 in the 1,650 freestyle for the Cowgirls.
 
Jackson Kogler won the men's 100 backstroke final in 49.03. Isaac Lee won the 1,650 freestyle in 15.51.88.
 
Air Force (891) finished first ahead of Colorado State (673.5) and UW (639.5) on the women's side. The Falcons (1,212) also won the men's meet over the host Pioneers (1,021.5) and Cowboys (806.5).
 
UW will return to the pool against Air Force on Oct. 17 at the Cadet Natatorium.
