LARAMIE, Wyo. (8/19/24) – One week into the collegiate soccer season, and the University of Wyoming already has a weekly award recipient. Hadley Linder was named Mountain West Conference Freshman of the week.

Linder started and played big minutes in the Cowgirls' season-opening 0-0 draw at Washington. She was also an offensive threat, as she fired two shots, one on target, in her 73 minutes of action – the most of any freshman on the team.

Wyoming (0-0-1) remains on the road this week. The Cowgirls travel to Colorado on Thursday for a 7 p.m. contest at Prentup Field.
