LARAMIE, Wyo. (April 4, 2024) – The Wyoming Cowgirl volleyball team opens its four-date, six-match 2024 volleyball slate this week with a trip down to Greeley, Colorado for a pair of matches Saturday.

The Cowgirls, who are in their second spring under Head Coach Kaylee Prigge, will face Northern Colorado at 11 a.m. before facing Colorado State at 1 p.m., in a neutral matchup. Wyoming will be at home a pair of times this spring as well. The Cowgirls host Regis at 1 p.m., April 13 and MSU Denver at noon April 27. Both home matches are free and open to the public and will be held inside the UniWyo Sports Complex.

Wyoming, who has been in its offseason training regiment for much of the second semester, returns a pair of All-Mountain West honorees next season in Kasia Partyka and Rylee Schulz. Schulz and Sierra Grizzle were also selected to the Mountain West's Global Challenge Team, who will be traveling to Europe in July.

UW is coming off a 22-10 season in 2023 and a trip to the NIVC Tournament. This past fall marked the first time since 2019 where the Cowgirls won at least 20 matches and made a postseason trip.
