LARAMIE, Wyo. (2/21/24) – The Western Athletic Conference Championship takes place next week from Feb. 28-March 2 in Pharr, Texas. In the lead up to that, the league announced its Pre-Championship Poll on Wednesday.

The University of Wyoming men's swimming and diving team was selected third. UNLV – last year's champion and winners of the last three conference titles – was picked to repeat, while Grand Canyon was selected to finish second.

The Cowboys finished fourth last season. The Antelopes were runners-up in 2023, and Cal Baptist rounded out the top three.
