FEDERAL WAY, Wash. (3/7/23) – The University of Wyoming diving team completed Day 2 at the Zone E Championships inside Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic. Gabriella Haigler, Nettie Knapton and Payton Lee all participated in events Tuesday.

Knapton led the way for Wyoming. She placed 19th in platform, boasting a score of 214.65.

Haigler wasn't far behind, taking 26th. She compiled a score of 192.30 points.

Lee put a bow on his career in the 3-meter event. He finished 25th with a score of 248.40.

"The divers had a good day of competition on 3-meter and platform," diving head coach Mark Murdock said. "Payton finished his career with a solid performance. Gabby and Nettie both put in strong outings, as well, with Nettie narrowly missing finals."

The Zone Championships conclude Wednesday with and women's 1-meter and men's platform. Those events will feature Haigler, Alicia Gonzalez and Natalie Six.
