LARAMIE, Wyo. (2/28/23) – The College Sports Communicators announced its swimming and diving Academic All-District Team on Tuesday. The University of Wyoming had eight student-athletes honored.  

Brooke Ford, Kali Franckowiak, Gabriella Haigler and Carly Palmer were recognized on the women's side. Daniel Cumnock-Francois, Reilly Gilbert, Cameron Murphy and Jack O'Neil were honored on the men's side.  

In order to qualify for recognition, the individual must possess a GPA of 3.5 or highe, compete in at least 50 percent of the team's competitions and have attended their higher-education institution for a full academic year.

All eight aforementioned names qualify for Academic All-American honors that will be voted on in the coming weeks. Those teams are announced in late March.

The swim and dive calendar continues at the Zone E Diving Meet. That competition goes from March 6-8.
