LARAMIE, Wyo. — A small contingent of distance runners from the University of Wyoming Track & Field Teams will head to Colorado Springs, Colo., for the Air Force Collegiate Open on Friday Feb. 17th. 

The events on the track will start with the Mile at 3:05 PM and conclude with the 3,000M race at 5:45. 

The distance group will be the only group competing over the weekend for the Cowboys and Cowgirls as everyone else will prepare for the 2023 Mountain West Indoor Track & Field Championships to be hosted at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque on Feb 23rd through the 25th. 

Admission will be free on Friday at the Air Force academy.
