LARAMIE, Wyo. (9/10/22) – The University of Wyoming swim team won't compete at the Horsetooth Open Water Swim event Sunday in Fort Collins. Head coach Dave Denniston decided that his team wouldn't compete with concerns over the water temperature of Horsetooth Reservior.

Wyoming was set to open its season at Sunday's competition. It will now wait a few weeks before opening its season at the annual Brown and Gold Meet at the end of the month.
