LARAMIE, Wyo. (1/25/22) – The University of Wyoming swimming & diving team was honored Tuesday. The Cowboys and Cowgirls were recognized by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America as a Scholar All-America Team.  

"Coach Denniston has done a tremendous job," CSCAA executive director Greg Earhart said. "These 67 men and women are some of the best ambassadors that Wyoming and the WAC and Mountain West Conferences could ask for."

Both the men's and women's team posted GPAs north of 3.5. The Cowboys checked in with a cumulative GPA of 3.55, while the women boasted a cumulative GPA of 3.66.

In total, 728 teams hailing from 450 different colleges were recognized for this award.
