LARAMIE, Wyo. -- The University of Wyoming Track & Field Teams will compete at home this week at the Hager-Lebar Indoor Track and Field Venue in the Power Meet with the Air Force Falcons and Colorado State Rams on Friday February 5th.
"Our team is excited to get to compete in Laramie for the first time in over two years," said Head Coach
Bryan Berryhill. "We started the season off strong two weeks ago at the Air Force Academy, but we also learned what we needed to focus on in practice to get better. The team is ready after two weeks of hard work to show that improvement here at UW in the Hager-LeBar Indoor Track and Field Venue. "

Kirk Unland at 49th. Fellow Cowboy,
Bryson Engebretson posted 4,707 points in the Heptathlon for a top-10 mark at UW and ranks 45th in the country at the event. The Cowboy Long Jump trio of
Hunter Brown,
Kareem Mersal and
William Nolan sit in 49th, 54th and 56th nationally, while Cowgirl
Aumni Ashby ranks 69th in the Triple Jump.
This will be the first home meet for the Cowboys and Cowgirls since December 7th 2018. Due to Covid-19 regulations fans will not be permitted to attend the event.
