Pokes in the Pros, Week 16 - 2021

In week 16 of NFL action Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills traveled to face their division rivals the New England Patriots in a battle for the top spot in the AFC East division. Allen put up impressive numbers as he threw for 314 yards and three touchdowns while also rushing for 64 yards on 12 carries leading the Bills to a 33-21 victory. The Bills now move to 9-6 on the season and lead the AFC East with two games left in the regular season. 
 
Marcus Epps and the Philadelphia Eagles played host to the New York Giants. Epps recorded three total tackles and a pass deflection as the Eagles downed the Giants, 34-10 to improve to 8-7 on the season. 
 
Mike Purcell and the Denver Broncos hit the road in week 16 to face their division rivals the Las Vegas Raiders. Purcell assisted on three tackles and came up with a fumble recovery, but the Broncos came up just short against the Raiders, 13-17. 
 
Andrew Wingard, Jacob Hollister and the Jacksonville Jaguars were on the road against the New York Jets. Wingard played on every defensive snap recording five total tackles. On the offense, Hollister had his first reception since week six recording two receptions for a total of 20 yards. However, the Jaguars fell, 21-26 to the Jets. 
 
Carl Granderson did not record any stats for the New Orleans Saints in their 3-20 loss to the Miami Dolphins. 
 
Tashaun Gipson did not record any stats for the Chicago Bears in their 30-45 loss to the green Bay Packers. 
 
Logan Wilson did not play for the Cincinnati Bengals due to injury after starting in the first 13 games of the season for the Bengals. 
 
Chase Roullier remains on the injured reserve for the Washington Football Team after starting in the first eight games of the season.
