I am most excited to grow as a wrestler, compete hard and build friendships with the guys on the team.

Something very important I learned from my high school coach Mike Schauer is that it is very important to not have tunnel vision when I am wrestling. "When you open your eyes, and see the full picture, that's when the magic happens" he said. I will
never forget that

Having back to back undefeated seasons to finish your high school career, how has that impacted your mindset now heading into your collegiate career?
I would say honestly that it does not affect my attitude going into college. The reason my record was what it was is because i treated every tournament, every dual, every match and every opponent the same. I plan to bring that same energy into the start of my college career.
Do you have any pre-match or pre-tournament rituals and/or superstitions?
I always have to listen to "In the Air Tonight" by Phil Collins before I warm up for a tournament or dual.
Why did you decide to come to UW?
When it came down to choosing a college, I chose the place where I felt I could become the best wrestler I could be. That is why I chose to call Wyoming home.
