Colorado Springs, Colo. (Feb. 1, 2019) – The Cowgirl and Cowboy diving squads had a solid day on the 3-meter event to begin the first of two days of competition at the Air Force Diving Invite.

"We had a really solid day today," head diving coach Kyle Bogner said. "This meet is always paramount in preparing for the championship season. There were a lot of areas where we were able to build confidence and we were also able to identify places that need final tweaks."

Freshman McKenna Houlihan would join Harris in the finals after tallying a score of 257.05 in the opening rounds. Senior Peyton GrandPre would fall two spots shy of making the finals after totaling a score 249.40, while junior Abigail Zoromski finished with a score of 231.00.

In the finals, Harris would improve upon her score from earlier in the day recording a score of 271.05 in the finals for a total of 530.60 and a fifth place finish.
