LARAMIE, Wyo. (October 29, 2019) – Former Cowgirl basketball player Tijana Raca is playing professional basketball in Cyprus with Anorthosis Basketball Club. Recently, Raca scored 17 points with eight rebounds and three assists in a 94-52 win for her team.
 
Raca is the third member of the 2018-19 team to go pro this year, joining Bailee Cotton and Marta Gomez.
 
Raca averaged 1.1 points, 0.7 rebounds and 0.6 rebounds for Wyoming as a senior last season, with her best game coming against Colorado-Colorado Springs. She scored six points and had an assist and a steal in that contest while playing a season-high 17 minutes. Overall, she played in 12 games as a senior, and scored in her final game as a Cowgirl against Arizona, where she buried a three pointer.
 
Throughout her career, Raca scored 52 points in 49 games and collected 30 rebounds and 20 assists. Raca graduated last spring with a degree in family and consumer science.
