Chad Callihan and the Cowgirls will hold a Skills Camp, Team Camp and an Elite camp during the month of July, which is one of Laramie's best months of the year.
The Skills Camp will include six on-court sessions and will be held July 8-10th. It is designed for the beginner to intermediate camper looking for a challenging, competitive, and fun camp experience. The tremendous camp staff will keep a close eye on each camper's development to make sure they're assigned to the appropriate training group for the duration of the camp. Cost for the Skills Camp is $365 for residents, and $275 for commuters. For a commuter that chooses no meals, cost of the camp will be $235.
The Team Training Camp will take place July 12-14th. In addition to a camp-wide tournament, sessions include offensive and defensive systems, positional training, and various competitive drills. This exciting camp will also include the WYOlympics, a theme night and team bonding activities. A camp coach will be assigned to every team for the duration of the camp, and an interactive coaching forum will be offered for coaches in attendance. Pricing for the Team Training Camp is: $260 per resident, and $180 for commuters. For a commuter that chooses no meals, cost will be $130 per player.
This summer's Elite Camp is scheduled for July 15-17th. It will involve more advanced skill instruction in addition to surrounding each player with upper level talent. Each camper can test their skills in a variety of fast-paced drills and games that are designed to be competitive and fun. Costs are $365 for residents, and $275 for commuters. For a commuter that chooses no meals, cost of the camp will be $235.
Last year, the Elite Camp drew over 100 athletes from ten different states. In addition, UW brought in 30 club and college coaches to help guide our athletes at our Team Training Camp.
