INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Freshman Karla Contreras placed 37th in the platform event on the last day of competition at the NCAA Championships at the IU Natatorium.

Contreras finished her five-dive preliminary round with a score of 215.30 to conclude her weekend at the NCAA Championships with a 37th-place finish in the platform. Contreras made history as the first Cowgirl to compete in all three diving events at the NCAA Championships in school history. She was also one of just 10 divers in this year's field to participate in all three events.
