LARAMIE, Wyo. – The University of Wyoming women’s soccer team announced its 10-game
spring schedule this afternoon. The Cowgirls will play five matches at home and
five on the road. The regionally-friendly schedule features road trips to
Colorado and Utah.
The Cowgirls begin their spring slate with two matches at
home in the Indoor Practice Facility on March 5. Wyoming will face the
University of Northern Colorado at 10 a.m. MT followed by a matchup with Colorado
State University-Pueblo at 3:15 p.m. On March 26, Wyoming returns to the IPF
for its second double-header. At 10 a.m. the Cowgirls play against Regis
University and then take on Laramie County Community College at 2:15 p.m.
Wyoming will travel to Fort Collins, Colo., for a contest with Mountain
West rival Colorado State on April 9. Kick-off
time is to be determined. The Cowgirls will travel to Boulder, Colo., the
following weekend for the first of two road double-headers. UW will face the
University of Colorado at 12 p.m. on April 15, and then make the short drive to
Golden to compete against Colorado School of Mines at 6 p.m.
On April 22, the Cowgirls will wrap up their road schedule
with two games in Salt Lake City, Utah. Wyoming will play Utah at 10 a.m. MT. and then compete against MW foe Utah State at 3 p.m.
Wyoming will conclude its spring schedule at home with its
annual Alumni Game at 12 p.m. in the IPF.
