Day 8 – Junior defender Alisha Bass, a native of
Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, is the third student-athlete featured in
the Cowgirl Close-Up series.

Bass
transitioned from midfielder to defender at the beginning of the 2015 campaign,
and proved to be a key player in the Cowgirl defense, starting in all 20 games
of the season. She scored two goals and finished the year with five points.
Logging a team-high 1,843 minutes, Bass was named honorable mention
All-Mountain West.
