LARAMIE, Wyo. - Senior Holly Page and the University of Wyoming women's cross country team earned All-Academic awards from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) on Wednesday. The Cowgirls were named a USTFCCCA All-Academic Team for the ninth-straight year, while Page is the first Wyoming woman to earn All-Academic Individual since Emily Higgins in 2008.

The Cowgirls posted a cumulative grade-point average of 3.55 to rank first among the seven Mountain West women's teams to earn the accolade. To qualify a team must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater for the 2014 roster and competed at an NCAA regional meet.

Page sports a 3.92 GPA in elementary education and was one of just 11 student-athletes in the Mountain West to claim the individual award, including just five females. Honorees must have compiled a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or greater and earned All-America or All-Region accolades during the season.
