Wyoming Divers Conclude Weekend at Arizona Diving Invite

TUCSON, Ariz. -

The University of Wyoming diving team wrapped up the fall portion of the 2013-14 schedule at the Arizona Diving Invite in the Hillenbrand Center Pool on the campus of the University of Arizona on Sunday afternoon. The Cowboys and Cowgirls participated in the platform diving event for the second time this season.

Senior Derek Campbell was Wyoming's top finisher placing sixth in the platform dive with a score of 251.65. Freshman Jacob Rehmeier finished 10th with a personal-best tally of 170.55.

Senior Amanda Fay led the Cowgirls placing 13th with a score of 193.15. Freshman Keely Bishop followed placing 16th with a score of 175.70. Sophomore Kari Campbell finished 32nd at 167.55. Junior Holly Heussner followed Campbell placing 22nd with a tally of 166.55.

The Cowboys and Cowgirls return to the pool on Jan. 18 in duals at the University of Denver.
