A.J. Davis scored 20 points as Wyoming edgedPepperdine 86-82 in overtime Sunday in the World VisionBasketball Challenge.
The Cowboys (3-4) lost a 13-point second-half lead but outscoredthe Waves 7-3 in overtime for their lone victory of thetournament.
Tournament MVP Keion Bell scored 28 points for the Waves (3-4),who won the event with victories over Hampton and Monmouth.
The Cowboys led by 11 with 4:49 to play. But Pepperdine tied iton a 3-pointer by Joshua Lowery with 9 seconds left.
Davis' steal and layup with 2:33 left in overtime put theCowboys in front for good at 83-81.
