What affect did playing basketball have on your life?
"It changed my life in a huge way. After being raised in a suburb of Chicago, I came to UW and fought being homesick for two years (Coach Margie McDonald was big help with that). It provided me with the ability to travel and play ball while obtaining a high quality education. After meeting Tim and moving to Cody after graduation, I had pretty much decided that this is where I would like to raise a family and have not ever thought about moving back to the city environment."
Favorite memories while attending the University of Wyoming:
-Playing for Margie McDonald -Playing on the built up floor in the Fieldhouse -Playing for the first time in the Arena Auditorium -Returning to the court after an ACL injury -Learning a hook shot from Coach Brandenburg -Successfully completing a degree and the basketball program -Learning to love Wyoming If you would like to contact Lori, her e-mail address is: lwaddell@park6.k12.wy.us
