LARAMIE, Wyo. -

Phase Two of the stadium repairs is nearing completion and ahead of schedule. New precast concrete tread risers are all in place and welded together. Next, crews will focus on installing new side and front guardrails, aisle handrails, new bench seating, and making the vomitories (portals) and front walkway handicap accessible.
