SALT LAKE CITY - The Wyoming tennis teamwrapped up play on Friday at the ITA Central Region Championshipcompetition in Salt Lake City.

In doubles play, the team of Jennifer Hancock and Yuliani Santilost a close match to Jenny Hansen and Jessica Vaderdys of Colorado 9-7to end their tournament.

In a correction from yesterday, sophomore Patricia Chien actuallywon her match 6-1, 6-3 against Christina Klokinis of Northern Arizona toearn the chance to play Sheri Esrock of Utah. Unfortunately, Esrock beatChien in two sets, 6-4, 7-6.

The Cowgirls will play in one more fall tournament next week, Oct.30-Nov. 1, at the UTSA Invitational in San Antonio, Texas.
