The University of Wyoming wrestlingteam will not participate at the Virginia Duals on Jan. 11-12 as scheduled.The cancelation is due to numerous injuries in the Cowboy line up.

"We would have left five of our starting wrestlers at home if we haddecided to make the trip," said UW head coach Steven Suder. "We would havehad to shuffle some guys into different weight classes and I don't thinkthat is in our best interest."

The Pokes will have some time to heal as their next meet will be on the18th of January when they host the Cowboy Duals in the Multipurpose Gym at10 a.m.
