A close game between UW and TCU turned into a run-away 88-73 victory for TCU after a 11-2 run midway through the second half.
The deciding run by TCU was fueled by the excellent play of sophomore identical twin guards Amy and Jill Sutton, who scored 23 and 25 points, respectively.
Wyoming also received a spark from their set of freshman identical twins, Carrie and Christy Bacon. Carrie led the Cowgirls with 21 points and 13 rebounds, while Christy pitched in nine points.
UW also had double-digit scorers in Shelby Hoffman, with 13 points, and Molly Marso, Jenny Lazzeri and Rebecca Tomlin, who scored 10 points apiece.
The loss by Wyoming drops their overall season record to 6-16, 2-9 in conference play. TCU improved to 13-9 overall, 5-5 in the WAC.
Saturday's game was the final home game in the Cowgirl careers of seniors Rebecca Tomlin, Heather Allen, Regan Dulaney and Jenny Lazzeri.
