2025 Admission Policy
Complimentary home game tickets are a token of our appreciation for all you do as coaches. We ask that you use the following procedures when requesting your two (2) complimentary admissions to our home games:
1. You must be a current member of the 2025 Wyoming Coaches Association or your respective state Coaches Association.
2. Tickets are awarded in the order in which they are received. Online requests will be received starting at 10:00 a.m. the Monday of each week's respective home game.
3. Online requests will close at 12 noon, the Friday of each week's respective home game or unless all allotted tickets have been reserved. The University of Wyoming makes 100 tickets available to High Coaches Association members and their guests for each home game.
4. If you have reserved passes and are unable to attend, please call 307-766-7220 and remove your name from the list. Failure to notify us by Friday at 5pm will jeopardize future admissions.
5. On game day, you will go to the new entrance of the Arena Auditorium near gate 8. After showing required identification, you will be asked to sign for ticket stubs. You and your guest will be given wristbands specific to the game you are attending allowing you entry to that particular game. War Memorial Stadium gates open two hours prior to kickoff
6. Additional tickets may only be made available to coaches in the same manner they are made available to the general public. You can purchase additional tickets HERE. High School Coaches complimentary tickets will be in Section 21.
7. As a guest at our stadium, we ask that you wear Wyoming brown and gold or a neutral color/logo to our events.
8. The staff at War Memorial Stadium reserves the right to deny admission to anyone that does not follow these rules.
